It was Eric's birthday today, so Derrick bought Haagen Daz cake and icecreams!

Then Eric left cos he got Army.

Not long after Gabriel left cos he gotta go back to army too.

Didn't eat much lah, no appetite at all today.

Didn't eat anything till dinnertime, couldn't even finish it.

My habit of not eating seems to be coming back.

Conclusion: If you skip roughly a day of meal, your gastric would shrink, making ur next meal a much smaller one. However, it may lead to you eating all that crap after starving too much.

Phew....
