I found some infos of tongue piercing.
I so wanna get it done, and I guess I would be fighting against all odds to get my tongue pierced.

I really really wanna get my tongue pierced.
Intro me to good/FREE:D piercers, or whatever they call it.
I'm really interested.
Willing to buy the barbell myself if neccessary.
Though Khai offered to do it for me, I'll probably prefer someone more experienced. :)

"In general, one can expect four to six weeks of healing time which means nothing but liquid foods for this time period. No matter how much you want to eat some nachos or anything very solid, you should prevent yourself from doing so as it may cause the piercing hole to rip sufficiently as to allow the entire barbell to slip fully out of the tongue. Stick to cold drinks, slushies and chewing ice during this time period to help the swelling to go down as the initial barbell will be rather long and can cause issues later on. After the selling has gone down sufficiently enough, you will then need to return to the piercing technician to have the barbell replaced with a shorter one.

The piercing hole itself if it is a smaller gauge, can actually close up completely in just a matter of hours and the recovery time is extremely quick. Unfortunately the location of the tongue piercing will make talking during this time period difficult and one should refrain from talking as much as possible until the swelling subsides.

All in all, the tongue piercing only offers slight discomfort when it happens and within only a couple of weeks you should be ready to go out and look for an assortment of different jewelry to go with your newly pierced tongue. Above all, one of the most important things to remember is that you need to replace the long barbell used initially as it will damage your teeth even without you realizing it. Furthermore, make sure that the jewelry you choose is comfortable so that you can speak easier. "
