I had a screwed up day today in the ward.
Seriously suck.
How would you react if ur CI/in charge picks on you?
I did nothing but just to help the staff nurse get IV drip from the pharmacy?
And yet, me and Liu Lei got questioned and reprimanded for that.
She asked us retarded questions like:
Why is that patient on IV drip when she can still eat?
Why did you all take the staff nurse's staff card? (Fyi, the staff nurse gave it to us.)

I just got so mad I almost cried.
This is the first time I met such a CI that make things so difficult for her own students.
Then I started scribbling all the hate notes when we were discussing something in the room.
Then she asked me, Diana can you please answer my question to 'Why nurses have to empty the stomach of the Baby before withdrawing blood from the umbilicus cord?'
I threw my pen and said, 'Oh, cos they don't want the babies to end up vomitting.'
Obviously it was the wrong answer.
But I didn't care.
Worst CI I swear.
I don't understand why she's married when she's so fucked up.
Okay whatever.


The rest of the day seemed pretty fine.
I'm starting not to hate afternoon shifts.
Cos I beg to differ that time passes slower!
It's not that case!
But it's just that the time that the shift end is really late, and you don't really get to go anywhere.
I made a new 10yr old friend today :D
I even offered him my New Paper and eventually gave it to him in the end.
He's tooooo cute!
Pain score is something that we use to describe the level of pain that we're in.
And if it's those type of unbearable till you wanna die kinda pain, then the score is 10, moderate pain is 5, whereas no pain is 0.
He rated the pain 9/10!
Then the Staff Nurse was very very skeptical towards it!
She even asked if it was the stress of the work or what.
LOL!

Time to chill.
